Your clients get a branded portal — on your own domain — where they sign in with a magic link, report what’s wrong in their words, and watch a plain-language timeline. - Restore points land on the client’s own server — a web-denied directory inside wp-content, on hosting you already have the keys to — then replicate to storage you own: S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, Cloudflare R2 or SFTP, streamed site-to-bucket and never through us.
- One-click restore from the dashboard: a safety backup of the current state first, checksums verified, the database imported into shadow tables, and an atomic switch-over at the end — with the connector and site URL preserved.
