Refund Policy

This policy applies to WPClientHub subscription payments (Studio, Agency, and Scale plans). WPClientHub is a ThirteenBytes product.

30-day money-back guarantee

If WPClientHub isn’t right for you, we’ll refund your first payment in full — no questions asked. Just email hello@wpclienthub.com within 30 days of your first purchase of any paid plan (Studio, Agency, or Scale), on monthly or yearly billing.

Renewals

Renewal payments aren’t automatically refundable, but if you believe you’ve been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll review it.

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for unused time after the 30-day window.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have in your country.
