Who we are

WPClientHub is operated by ThirteenBytes (thirteenbytes.com). “We” on this page means ThirteenBytes.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email, organization), the site metadata the connector syncs (versions, update status, health signals, uptime results), the activity-log entries it records — including who made each change, their IP address, and the browser they used — and standard service logs. Client billing data lives in your Stripe account — we mirror references, Stripe holds the payment details.

What we deliberately don’t hold

  • Backup payloads. Archives are written on the client’s own server and stay there. We store manifests and checksums only.
  • WordPress passwords. Site communication uses per-site signed keys; there are no credentials to leak.
  • Your clients’ card numbers. Those never leave Stripe.

What we never do

No selling data, no advertising use, no training AI on your sites or your clients’ data, no reading more than the product needs. Analytics on this website are aggregate and cookie-light.

AI features

When you run a diagnosis, an “Ask AI” on a security finding, or a deep answer in the help panel, the text of that request and the site facts needed to answer it are sent to our model provider (Anthropic) to produce the answer, and the result is stored with the request. These features are opt-in per action and spend an AI credit each; nothing is sent unless someone clicks. Your data is not used to train models.

Questions or deletion requests

Email hello@wpclienthub.com — a human answers, and account deletion removes your organization’s data from our systems. Your backups are unaffected, because they were never ours to hold.
