- ManageWP — managewp.com/pricing/Free core (unlimited sites, monthly cloud backup, basic checks) plus per-site add-ons, or a $150/mo bundle covering every add-on for up to 100 sites. We cost the full add-on stack here — the closest like-for-like comparison to what WPClientHub includes in every tier — using whichever of a-la-carte or the bundle is cheaper at that site count.
- MainWP — mainwp.com/pricing/Pro: $29/mo, billed monthly, unlimited sites — used as the headline figure below since it is directly comparable to every other vendor's published monthly rate. Paid annually it is $199/yr (about $16.58/mo) — genuinely the cheapest option anywhere in this comparison for a self-hosting agency, and we say so on every MainWP page.
- WP Umbrella — wp-umbrella.com/pricing/True per-site metering — €1.99/site/month (about $2.19 at the exchange rate quoted on their own pricing page), no minimum, no tiers. We use the USD figure throughout; your actual EUR-billed cost may vary slightly with the exchange rate on the day you're billed.
- WPMU DEV — wpmudev.com/pricing/Regular (non-promotional) price, billed annually: Basic $15/mo (1 site), Standard $25/mo (3), Plus $50/mo (10), Premium $100/mo (unlimited). Their pricing page was showing a time-limited Black Friday discount when we checked (as low as $15/mo for the unlimited tier for the first year) — we quote the regular renewal price here, not the promo, because the promo is not what you will pay in year two.
