Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026.
These terms govern your use of WPClientHub. For a formal legal-review copy for your own records, email hello@wpclienthub.com.
Who we are
WPClientHub is operated by ThirteenBytes (thirteenbytes.com). These terms are an agreement between you and ThirteenBytes.
The service
WPClientHub is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee for the platform itself — though we treat your sites with production seriousness, and the architecture is designed so that even a total WPClientHub outage never touches your sites or your backups.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only sites you’re authorized to manage.
- Keep your account credentials and team access current.
- Understand that backup archives live on the client’s own server and in any offsite storage you configure — never on ours — so the storage you point us at, and its encryption, are yours to manage.
Billing
Client billing runs on your own Stripe account under Stripe’s terms. WPClientHub charges no platform fee on client billing on any tier; client payments go to you, through your own Stripe account or directly, never through us. Every new WPClientHub account starts with a 14-day Studio trial (no card required); after it, Free is genuinely free for up to three sites, or choose a paid plan.
WPClientHub’s own subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record — Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, and payment data. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Leaving
Cancel anytime. Your sites keep running, every backup archive stays exactly where it already is — on the client’s server — and the connector plugin is yours to deactivate. We built the exit to be boring on purpose.
