Each site needs the WPClientHub One plugin 0.11.0 or newer. On every plan, the Security report flags administrators called “admin” and administrators nobody has used for 90 days.

Yes, from Studio up — the Agency trial includes it. Connect your agency’s own Google Drive or Dropbox once and each site uploads its backups straight there, in resumable chunks checked against Google’s or Dropbox’s own checksum. WPClientHub asks only for access to the folder it creates (Google’s “files this app creates” permission, a Dropbox App folder), never sees what is inside the archives, and keeps the newest 30 per site. S3-compatible storage and SFTP work on every plan, Free included. Each site needs the WPClientHub One plugin 0.12.0 or newer.

Settings → White label renames the WPClientHub One plugin on every client site: its name, description and author on the Plugins screen, its menu label and icon (a Dashicon or your own SVG), and “WPClientHub” in its own notices. You can also hide it from the Plugins list for everyone except your own WordPress login. What doesn’t change: its folder name, its WordPress.org listing, and a site administrator’s ability to see it — one line in wp-config.php shows it under its real name again. Sites need the plugin 0.13.0 or newer.

Yes, on every plan, Free included. Each site’s Performance tab has a Caching card: switch it on and the WPClientHub One plugin stores whole pages for visitors who are not logged in and answers them before WordPress loads — through an advanced-cache.php drop-in, or on Apache and LiteSpeed through .htaccess rules the plugin checks with a request to the site (nginx gets a snippet). Logged-in visitors, carts, checkouts, previews, search, errors and pages marked DONOTCACHEPAGE are never cached. A content change purges its page and its listings at once; theme, plugin, menu and widget changes, and anything WPClientHub does to the site — updates, restores, database cleanups, image runs — purge everything, which is then warmed again in the background. If WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, WP Fastest Cache, Cache Enabler, Breeze or Speed Optimizer is already active, or the host caches pages, we say so and stay off; Purge from the dashboard still goes through that plugin. Each site’s Images tab compresses every JPEG and PNG (lossy at the quality you choose, or lossless), strips metadata, resizes oversized uploads the way WordPress does, and writes WebP and AVIF copies that browsers get automatically — on Apache and LiteSpeed through rewrite rules in uploads/.htaccess that we check with a request to the site, on nginx by turning img tags into picture elements on the page (with a snippet to paste for the server). It all runs on the client’s own server with its Imagick or GD — no third-party service, no CDN, no credits per image, and AVIF depends on the host’s PHP build. Every original is kept so one image or all of them can be put back. If Smush, ShortPixel, Imagify, EWWW, Optimole or TinyPNG is already active we say so and stay off unless you choose otherwise. Sites need the plugin 0.14.0 or newer.

Publish, then add the form to a page with a shortcode or the Form block; the markup is accessible, the stylesheet inherits the theme, there is no jQuery and the form works without JavaScript. Every entry lands in the Forms inbox across all your sites — search, filters, CSV export, one-time file downloads, an optional alert per form, and a button that turns an entry into a help-desk ticket. Settings → Email sending takes an address like support@youragency.com and shows the DNS records to add: a DKIM key (required), a bounce CNAME, your SPF record with ours merged in (never a second one) and a DMARC suggestion. Once the DKIM record checks out, reports, help desk sign-in links, request updates, estimates and invoices go out from that address. We re-check daily; if a record breaks, client emails go back to our address with your name and you get an alert. On Free and Studio they come from our address, with your agency’s name and replies to you.

Yes, on Scale. You connect your own Cloudflare account with a scoped API token, link each site to its zone, and WPClientHub purges the cache after safe updates, rollbacks and restores, gives each site a Purge cache button and a Development mode switch, checks SSL mode, Always Use HTTPS, proxy status and edge-certificate coverage daily, and puts requests, cache hit rate, bandwidth saved and threats blocked into client reports. We don’t proxy your traffic or sell Cloudflare plans, and Cloudflare’s free plan works. It isn’t part of the Agency trial.

Yes, on Scale. A versioned REST API (v1) reads your sites, pending updates, backups, uptime, security findings, clients, tickets, reports and the Activity Log, and can start a sync, an update check, a backup or a safe update batch — through the same safeguards as the app, so a restore point comes first and your approval setting is respected. Nothing in v1 deletes, restores or disconnects. Keys are scoped, rate-limited and revocable; signed webhooks fire on downtime, backups, updates, new vulnerabilities, tickets and expiring domains. Our Zapier app is invite-only until Zapier lists it. It isn’t part of the Agency trial.

Exactly that for every agency we expect to meet: connect as many client sites as you manage at one flat $99/mo. Fair use is the only caveat — past 500 connected sites we ask you to get in touch so we can raise the ceiling for your account, which we do, rather than let a runaway script connect ten thousand. Connect your own Stripe account by pasting a restricted API key — we create the customers, subscriptions and invoices in your Stripe, payouts go to your bank, and you pay only Stripe’s normal processing rates. Don’t use Stripe? Invoice directly: WPClientHub raises numbered PDF invoices with your bank, ACH, UPI or PayPal details and any payment link, emails them, chases them, and you mark them paid. There is no platform fee on any plan, including Free.

Yes. Top-up packs — 100 credits for $9 or 500 for $39 — are available on every plan from Settings → AI usage, paid through the same Paddle checkout as your subscription and credited the moment the payment completes. Plan credits reset monthly; top-up credits are spent after them and never expire.

On the client’s own server first, and then wherever you tell us — an S3-compatible bucket (AWS, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, Cloudflare R2) or an SFTP host you own, or from Studio your agency’s own Google Drive or Dropbox. WPClientHub One builds each restore point into a web-denied directory inside wp-content, streams a copy to your storage, and WPClientHub receives the manifest, the checksums and the outcome — never a byte of the archive. Because we store no archives, there is no storage quota on any tier and nothing to pay us for as your site count grows. One thing to know: the copy in your bucket is not encrypted by us; your bucket’s own encryption applies.

Nothing breaks. Existing sites keep working; you just can’t connect new ones until you upgrade or disconnect something — or, on Scale, until we have raised your fair-use ceiling. We’ll show you clearly when you’re close to the limit, and the owner gets one email a day about it, not fifty.

Yes — upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period, and you can cancel anytime. Because every archive already sits on the client’s server and in your own storage rather than ours, cancelling never puts a single byte of your data at risk: deactivate the plugin and the vault directory is still exactly where it was.

Host-neutrality is the founding principle. WPClientHub One targets PHP 7.4+ and is engineered for hostile shared hosting: chunked resumable backups, loopback cron fallbacks, WP-CLI support. Managed WordPress hosts, VPSes, and budget cPanel plans are all fine — and we will never try to sell you hosting, because we don’t have any.

From Studio up, both. SEO management adds Pages, Redirects & 404s, Sitemap & robots and Schema sections to the SEO tab: edit every page’s title, meta description, canonical, noindex and social fields inline or in bulk, draft a title and description with AI for one credit, add redirects with hit counts from the 404 log, edit robots.txt with a diff and a safety that refuses to block the whole site by accident, and print basic JSON-LD where no plugin does. When Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO or SEOPress runs the site, the fields are written into that plugin’s own storage — its editor and output keep working, and nothing is ever printed twice. Every change can be undone.

SEO Health crawls each site for the on-page fundamentals — titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, canonicals, broken links, structured data — and scores it 0–100. AI Visibility runs 28 AI-readability checks (robots access for GPTBot/ClaudeBot/PerplexityBot, llms.txt, schema, direct-answer content) and can probe what AI assistants already say about the business. Both scan weekly on Free and daily from Studio up.
