What it does
WPClientHub organizes everything around your agency — called an organization in the product's data model. Every site, client, teammate, backup, invoice and report belongs to exactly one organization. If you work across more than one agency, or manage a client's own instance separately, you can belong to several organizations and switch between them without signing out.
A new agency starts on a 14-day Studio trial — no card needed — and moves to the Free plan (up to 3 sites) when it ends, unless you pick a paid plan first. The person who signs up becomes the owner — the only role that can never be removed or demoted by anyone else.
How to
- Go to
app.wpclienthub.com/registerand create your account with your name, email and a password. - Name your agency — this becomes the organization name shown in the switcher, in client-facing emails, and on reports until you set a brand name explicitly in Help Desk settings or Client Reports.
- You land on Sites, empty, with a "Connect your first site" prompt — see Connect your first site.
- If you belong to more than one organization, use the organization switcher (the building icon at the top left, next to the sidebar) to jump between them — switching reloads the app fully, since every page you see is scoped to one organization at a time.
