What it does

The global command palette works anywhere in the agency app. On the list pages — Sites, Clients, Team, and Help Desk Requests — j/k moves a highlighted row up and down, Enter opens (or acts on) it, and / jumps straight to that page's search box. Press ? anywhere to see the full list on screen, any time.

Limits & defaults

Billing doesn't have keyboard navigation yet. Clients and Team have no per-row detail page, so Enter there opens the row's edit action instead of navigating anywhere. The very first time you land on any of these list pages, a one-time toast points out J/K, Enter, / and ?; it won't show again after that (it's remembered per browser, so a new device or a cleared profile sees it once more).

Troubleshooting

Shortcuts stopped responding on a list page
They're disabled while a modal is open, or while a text field has focus — click elsewhere on the page first.
The selected row doesn't scroll into view
It does — if you have "reduce motion" turned on at the OS level, the page jumps to the row instantly instead of scrolling smoothly, which is intentional.
