Help Desk dashboard & views

Updated 2026-09-05

Its own product surface on its own host — the dashboard, request views, and what "your turn" vs. "with the client" means.

What it does

Help Desk is its own product surface — a separate host (helpdesk.wpclienthub.com), separate navigation, same account and single sign-on as the main app. Its Dashboard shows a setup checklist (until you finish or dismiss it), stat tiles (Needs attention, Mine, Waiting on client, Overdue), your queue, open-by-client, and recent AI diagnoses.

Requests replaces status chips with views: Needs attention (new, needs-a-person, or overdue, or it's your turn), Mine, Waiting on client, Open, Resolved, All. Each row shows a "Your turn" / "With the client" pill and an unread dot so you never have to open a request to know whether it needs you.

How to

  1. Use the view tabs to focus your queue, and the Filters popover for category, client, site, assignee or priority.
  2. Use j/k to move between rows, to open one, a to assign it to yourself, and x to select it — see Keyboard shortcuts.
  3. Select several rows for the bulk action bar: assign, change priority, or resolve/close.

Troubleshooting

I signed in on the Help Desk host and landed somewhere unexpected
Logging in on the Help Desk host lands on its own Dashboard, not the Sites app — if you land somewhere else, sign out and back in from helpdesk.wpclienthub.com directly.
A teammate isn't offered as an assignee
They need to be owner, admin or tech AND have "works the help desk" switched on — see Help Desk setup and Team & roles matrix.
