What it does
Settings → Notifications controls your own email alerts — downtime, certificates, weekly summary, new Help Desk requests, diagnoses ready, needing a person, estimate decisions, backups failing, a connector going dark, requests assigned to you, mentions, a plan limit reached, the weekly security digest, and the monthly usage & value report. A separate roster shows Who gets alerted for each kind across your whole team.
How to
- Toggle each alert kind under Your email alerts.
- Check Who gets alerted to see the whole team's preferences for every kind at a glance.
- Click a "Manage notifications" link at the bottom of any alert email to land back here.
- Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe (no login needed) as required by RFC 8058 — clicking it flips that one preference off immediately, with an "Undo" option.
