What it does

Sites is the portfolio view: every site you manage, each with a 0–100 health score, sorted worst-first by default so the sites that need you most surface on their own. Switch between a scannable List view and a visual Grid view from the toggle in the toolbar.

How to

  1. Use the search box to filter by name, domain or client.
  2. Filter by health band (Excellent, Good, Needs attention, Critical), or by one or more labels — label chips are multi-select and OR together, so picking "ecommerce" and "retainer" shows sites with either.
  3. Sort by health (worst or best first), domain, name, last synced, or pending updates.
  4. Every filter, search term and sort choice is written into the URL, so a reload — or a link you paste to a teammate — lands on the exact same view.
  5. Click Clear filters to reset everything at once.
  6. Click Export CSV to download exactly what the current filters show.

Troubleshooting

A site I just added isn't appearing
It appears the moment it's registered, even before pairing — look for it under "Pending pairing" status, or clear any active filters that might be hiding it.
The count in a stat tile doesn't match the rows below it
This used to be possible when three different parts of the app computed health bands independently; today the stat tiles and the row pills read the exact same server-computed band, so if you still see a mismatch it's worth a hard refresh first.
