Organization
Your agency — the tenant every site, client, teammate and invoice belongs to.
Sites / Portfolio
The list of every WordPress site you manage.
Health score
A 0–100 number summarizing how much a site needs attention — see The health score, explained.
Connector
The free WPClientHub plugin installed on a client site — see Connect your first site.
SiteVault
The backup system — restore points stored on the site's own server, orchestrated (never stored) by WPClientHub.
Sentinel
The security module — vulnerability findings, hardening checks.
Watchtower
The uptime monitoring module.
Pulse
The performance monitoring module (Lighthouse-based).
Client Reports
Branded, scheduled PDF reports assembled from the proof-of-work feed.
Billing Suite
How you bill your clients — through your own Stripe account (connected with a restricted API key) or with direct invoices. No platform fee on any plan.
Direct invoice
An invoice WPClientHub issues itself, without a payment processor: a numbered PDF (INV-2026-0001) sent with your payment instructions and an optional payment link, marked paid by you when the money arrives.
Help Desk
The agency-side request/ticket product — its own host, own navigation.
Support portal
The client-facing side of the Help Desk.
AI credits
The one currency behind every AI-backed action across the product — a monthly allowance per plan, plus top-up packs you can buy on any plan.
Top-up
A one-off pack of AI credits (100 or 500) bought from Settings → AI usage; spent only after your plan credits are used up, and never expires — unlike plan credits, which reset each month.
Ops console
The internal, staff-only console WPClientHub's own team uses — unrelated to your organization role.
Magic link
A passwordless, single-use, time-limited sign-in link used by clients (and by team invitations).
Restore point
One completed backup snapshot, kept on the site's own server.
Automatic rollback
An opt-in switch on an auto-mode AutoPilot policy: when an update batch's screenshot diff crosses the threshold, the site is restored to the pre-update restore point without waiting for a person — see Scheduled updates.
Diagnosis
The AI-generated assessment of a Help Desk ticket: probable cause, evidence, confidence, and a suggested fix.
Estimate
A priced, client-facing quote for fixing something diagnosed on a ticket.
